Jr. Entrepreneurs Vendor

If you are interested in qualifying as a participant in the Black Expo Jr. Entrepreneur vendor program, please complete the form below. Jr. Entrepreneur space is limited, so early submissions are encouraged.

There are a few guidelines to review before applying. Your application will not be submitted without acceptance of the Black Expo Jr. Entrepreneur Guidelines outlined below.

Guidelines

1. Black Expo will select youth to participate at no cost. To qualify, you must be between the ages of 8-16.

2. No adults will be allowed to participate in the Jr. Entrepreneurs area, though it will be supervised. A maximum of two youth per enterprise in the allotted area.

3. Applications must be submitted 20 days prior to event.

4. You are required to set up your vendor space on Friday.

5. Should you require electricity, your request must be made 10 days in advance. *NOTE: This is a personal expense.

6. You will receive a 10×10’ booth space, 6’x2’ table, and two chairs in your booth.

Admissions tickets are available for download when you complete Vendor Express Sign In. Express Sign In is a convenient process to avoid waiting in the long lines during registration. You can simply sign in from your mobile device or desktop via the exclusive link that will be provided once you have purchased your booth. You will then be able to print your event tickets and present them at registration to receive your vendor credentials.

Move Out:

Saturday, March 11 6:00 p.m. – 9 p.m.

ELECTRICAL & TELEPHONE SERVICES

Service order forms (electrical, telephone, Internet and plumbing) should be returned, fax (843) 529-5080 or email ServiceDesk@NorthCharlestonColiseumPAC.com to the Charleston Area Convention Center no later than March 4, 2017.

BOOTH INCLUDES:

Admission for 5 (tickets are to be used only to permit those working the booth)

10×10 booth space with side and back draping
6×2 skirted table and two chairs
7’x44’ identification sign (Note: Application must be processed no later than two weeks prior to event in order to receive signage).
Corner Booth cost additional $100

BOOTH:

Service Order Forms such as, Booth Installation, Furniture and Shipping should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, http://www.bluechipexpo.net/id432.html no later than February 28, 2018.

PARKING – Charleston Area Convention Center

As an added value, Black Expo has purchased the rights for FREE PARKING for vendors and attendees.

ADA Accessible

  • The Charleston Area Convention Center provides accessible/disabled parking areas as well as a covered drop off area and entrances equipped with ramps and automatic doors.
  • Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request.
  • Although animals are not allowed inside of the Charleston Area Convention Center, service animals are permitted.
  • Once inside, The Charleston Area Convention Center is equipped with elevators.

Shipping Exhibitor materials: Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center will not accept any shipments of exhibit materials. If you need to ship materials please follow the instructions on the Blue Chip shipping forms. All advance shipments must be sent to Blue Chip Expo’s warehouse. Shipments sent directly to the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center must be shipped to arrive only on Friday, May 19th between 8 a.m. and noon, to the attention of Blue Chip Expo.

 

Florida Exhibitor/Vendor Information

Shipping Exhibitor materials: The Prime Osborn will not accept any shipments of exhibit materials before October 6th. If you need to ship materials please follow the instructions on the Blue Chip shipping forms. All advance shipments must be sent to Blue Chip Expo’s warehouse. Shipments sent directly to the Prime Osborn must be shipped to arrive only on Friday, October 6th between 8am and 12noon, to the attention of Blue Chip Expo.

Booth Set-Up: Friday, October 6th from 10:30am to 3:30 p.m. (Hall must be cleared at 4 pm)
ALL exhibitors must be completely set-up no later than one (1) hour prior to show opening on Saturday, and all aisles must be cleared. There will be NO setting up after the expo opens.

Booth Registration: Booth check-in and registration is on Saturday, October 7th from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Failure to arrive and register your booth at the hours scheduled will forfeit your right to your exhibit space.

Tear-down: Tear-down begins immediately at the close of the show. Please do not tear-down your booth before the close of the show. A $100 fee will apply if  anyone breaks down prior to 6pm. All items must be out of the building by 9 p.m.
